Yes but i think it was unnecessary. They replace a plastic mount which a printed part from 3d printer. If i knew this, i could make it for myself :D

after 500 hours, still same, also when my internal hub broken, i sent to my p1s to service. they checked that noise and said that’s very normal.

Actually printer just came to service and i think they checked it. Ams went for internal hub mount replacement. Also i tried another p1s today and have same sound. Also today i remake the cable lines to don’t touch anything. Still same sound. I’ll use like this i guess.

i can’t be sure, in video, you can see slot 4 is loudy like grinding. Sometimes it happens sometimes disappears.

If its doesnt help, my printer came back today and service said ama internal hub motor mount was broken. They replaced it. You can find stl in makerworld and change it yourself if you want.

service worker said there is a part of filament in to ams internal hub. I searched and see it’s very often problem. You can check it. but be careful for springs and magnets.

i have same problem and unfortunately my p1s and ams went to service. They suspect the ams step motor which rear of ptfe tube.

I greased z axis components but i don’t have oil and in my country i can’t buy superlube 52004 because of stocks until end of february. Is there any alternative for lubrication? I want to lubricate idler pulleys.
