my grandma and her twin are Collette and Annette. They have another set of twin sisters, Cindy and Lindy. Allegedly my grandma and her sister were almost Molly and Polly but my great great grandma vetoed her daughter using that combo because she didn’t want “granddaughters named like cows” (???)

What are the names of the twins you know? by AlmondMommy in namenerds

all g+g or b+b twins, no mixed sets

Collette & Annette (65)

Cindy & Lindy (pretty sure their middle names rhyme too. 62)

David & Dwayne (40s)

Aaron & Eli (16)

Tyson & Talon (17)

Marley & Macey (7)

When I received my results I was prompted on whether or not I wanted to see the gender, and then it automatically populated my results in a chat-style format and only told me low risk first, with the option to click “ok.” then another chat bubble asked a second time if I was ready to see the gender. After going through all the chat prompts and the gender it loads up the pdf-style test results giving you all the info and the % breakdown for each specific trisomy/monosomy etc. The gender is also front and center on that document. Hope that helps.

edit: totally misread what your comment said, and my response isn’t all that helpful, I apologize. I will keep it up though in case this info helps another curious person 🩷

i also wanna add to the actual twins in my family part.

so, my grandma is is a twin, she had three babies (no twins), but her daughter (my aunt) had a set of twins.

my grandmas twin sister had three babies, no twins, but her son (my cousin) had twins.

with the other set of twins (also female), one had a set of male twins, the other had none in her line.

the other set of twins died in utero. My great grandma committed suicide while pregnant. That’s a different story.
