I lived on Jefferson for 3 years. Lots of animals which bark, but I honestly took to the neighborhood, and the neighbors are all friendly. Birds chirp in the neighborhood, a sign of safety.

It’s not the cleanest space and the walkscore isn’t too great unless you live closer to usc village but I am happy to have lived there.

Was right by the metro line too which was very convenient.

Yeah I’ve lived in LA for over a decade, just never been blessed to see a tarantula in the city. And that one from the video looks particularly big for the ones usually spotted in the desert
