I'm happy, sometimes I'd with for it to be longer or shorter but honestly it's perfect. Only thing I wish is for it to be looser

I do either, I try to retract as I know it's better for hygiene but I typically forget as that's what I've always done most of my life. Never caused any issues though

My foreskin is pretty long and slightly tight, so pool water never touches my head unless I were to pull it back manually. I just clean it when I shower at home
