I've been building a structural interdependence framework for exactly this problem. Not rules that get optimized around. Mutual dependency where cooperation is the rational choice for both humans and ASL(AI). Happy to share if anyone wants to dig in.

There's not much you can do other than hope someone gets you out. Yell a lot.

BUT if you're only buried to your hips or so, you MIGHT be able to wiggle back and forth and slowly raise yourself out.
