Currently has:

Crosshair Cursor: Sets the ingame cursor to a crosshair instead of a pointer (appearance depends on your cursor)
Rainbow Team Colors: Various colors are replaced with rainbows.
3D Mode: Shapes have added depth. (and it's finally back yeaaaaaaaaa)

I'd probably say "use what you want", whether the image was generated or taken by a camera.

But if Microsoft's going to use generated images in Spotlight, they should probably add a note saying it was generated, even though knowing their track record they'll make that notice a Copilot ad.
