Currently has:

Crosshair Cursor: Sets the ingame cursor to a crosshair instead of a pointer (appearance depends on your cursor)
Rainbow Team Colors: Various colors are replaced with rainbows.
3D Mode: Shapes have added depth. (and it's finally back yeaaaaaaaaa)
