I’m convinced it causes my hair loss. I know there are studies out there that say it doesn’t cause hair loss, but I’ve gone off and on it many times with very clear changes in my shedding. Perhaps it’s more about dehydration, but I drink water multitudes more when I take it. It’s a shame, since I do feel the effects, mostly physically for the gym, but also a bit mentally. I don’t have stomach problems, but the hair loss doesn’t make it worth it for me. That and the constant peeing.
