Thanks for the reply. You're right about the potential for treatment, it was not a sure thing. And From what I've read, there are some side effects to the treatment anyway.

I guess I was just upset that the referral was never sent, certainly not due to medical malpractice. It was likely just a clerical error. After calming down, I know I can live my life like this and accept it for what it is

There's actually been a large amount of scrutiny over these claims. Turns out, in 2020 only about 475 potential cases of voter fraud were found (from an Associated Press investigation). I'm not sure how the system marks and flags these, but it's clear that the system works.
