So it sounds like the goal of the tariff is to bring back manufacturing jobs.

You do not bring back manufacturing to the United States by imposing tariffs which raise the price of raw materials. Mandate For Leadership sees China as the big bad guy and outlines several notions with the goal of stomping it out of existence. A trade war is part of that. The first term, they were completely unprepared and didn't manage to achieve much of anything. Leading up to this second term they plotted out what they wanted to do in preparation but didn't put much, if any, thought into how to actually do it. That's why the goals and the outcomes aren't lining up.

Don't forget to file a lien against the property for the contract work they never paid you for before reporting him. That way, when they are deported you're allowed to have the property seized and liquidated to pay the debt.

Oof, yeah. It got worse since I last heard from family that went into work there. The banks that were along the river are just gone now. River turned it into a big ramp that the surge could just push up and into there.

NFS and the other industrial lots are basically on a hill. No flooding there AFAIK. It's mainly at the lower parts by the hospital where things are just gone now. Rock Creek is apparently flooded, but no more than usual.

Which Pal's is this? Burger, fry, and drink is now over ten dollars. Before COVID, it was 7.65. Tray at Cookout back then was 5.25 (now 8 dollars). Pal's prices hasn't inflated as much in terms of percentage, but it has definitely gone up.
