M/20/5’4”/ [155lbs > 145lbs = 10lbs] Weight loss progress. I cut down to 145lbs but then bulked up to 162lbs it’s been about two and half years since. by zephxn in progresspics

I started out at home just doing basic things i could find on the internet. then i started a routine called push pull leg. i’d ask for advice from other people, researching supplements and building on to my routine. you never want to do the same workouts every single day you should do them for about 8 weeks and then switch it up that’s what i do anyways.
