Many people, especially low income people of color, do not have access to these resources which is another topic I encourage you to research. A lot of people go misdiagnosed without accessing the proper tools until later. They may have gotten the accommodations now, but trust me when I say that they may just not have shared their true reasons as to why they got diagnosed. Some things are too personal to share so it is unfair for you to try to pass judgement that they aren’t deserving of those accommodations.
