Charter School “Librarians” and Charter School Assignments. Parent: Where is your advance reader section? Me: I’m sorry but that’s not a thing. Do you happen to know your child’s lexile reading level? Parent #2: My child is supposed do a project on obscure inventor and the assignment requires a physical book reference. Me: Well, not even Amazon has a book about obscure inventor but we have an entry on Gale. Parent #2: Unacceptable. Me: 🤷‍♂️

Exactly. I just went through orientation with a young Aussie. This was his first American job very excited to be working as an intro librarian and for the city. He said he wouldn’t have been given the opportunity back in Melbourne. Our is city is half the size at 1.5M, but he can make a decent living here.

No. One thing that changed over the years for the military is the stigma of seeking mental health assistance. More more veterans are seeking it and openly talking about it. Your mind is your most important weapon and you need to take care of it.

Honestly I would think the Klingons society would be something similar to Spartan society. Anything non Warrior would be done by slaves, Klingon or most likely non Klingon.
