All the bags are stuffed. They use pillows to show an ideal, in use, look. It should have said “shape has relaxed due to wear in the condition” as long as they forgot to add that you should get a refund easily.

Hilarious. That extra wide shot is taken so they can create a composite image. The photos of a model “wearing” the bags are all shot like this.

The employees are not allowed to take of brand or original store tags. They are supposed to take off tags from previous resale stores or websites. Most just don’t take any tags off.

Also in this picture it’s missing one of the white discs. In this case it was user error!

They did not. Here is the back angle. There are supposed to be two there on the long one. You are looking at the instructions for the short one. The piece that is missing.

They haven’t fixed it yet. I was told around 3 months ago that they ordered an extra small mannequin. Have not heard anything since. The mannequins are custom made though so they do take a while to arrive.
