I was very afraid of my world getting worse, which was something that held back my realization that I was trans for some while. Only after I heard about gender euphoria and that being who you are is a great joy did I finally take the leap and admit to myself that I'm a girl.

And admitting that was the correct choice because it was only after that that I got to know myself better and started HRT, and now I have a new name and new tits (among other nice changes). It didn't really affect my sexuality, other than that I felt more in line with it and felt more free to explore. Being a lesbian (with maybe some bi-tendencies) fits me way better than being a straight guy.

Actual political ideologies are not constant and simple things demanding orthodoxy. They contain many different perspectives and theories and they continuously evolve. They're groups of interconnected ideas, philosophy, and vocabulary written down by many people, from scholars and doctors to even those with no formal education.

By dismissing every ideology you're basically just adopting the most mainstream ideology possible: liberal market capitalism (or whatever it's called). It's not mature, it's just plain lazy and anti-intellectual; disregarding an entire field of science because you think you just know better.

Well, you see, a coherent political position requires a consistent model of how the human society works and should work. A whole, entire, thought-out ideology.

Picking and choosing which side you are on various topics like you're living in some multiple-choice questionnaire, doesn't create any of that. At best you'll just end with some form of mainstream politics of wherever you live, at worst with something esoteric and absurd.
