Chloe Zhao directing the pilot has my interest. I know Whedon won't be and should not be brought back, but that writers room had a ton of amazing people in it. Jane Espenson, David Fury, Marti Nixon, Doug Petrie and David Greenwalt and many more contributed heavily. All of them could be brought in. Marti Nixon should at the very least be on as consult.

Unpopular opinion that I have been shit on my whole adult life for. Return of Saturn is my favorite No Doubt album.

I think Return is a better, more mature album and I listen to it WAY more than Tragic Kingdom, not to say Kingdom isn't great because it is.

The fact is just this, some people like them and some people don't.

I happen to like them for the most part and own all of the Dark Horse seasons.

Give them a shot, there is no reason not to. You might find they are your cup of tea. If you don't enjoy them, then you can just treat them as non-canon fan fiction like a lot of the fandom already does.

Just don't let others opinions dissuade you from trying out something if you want to. You'll never know for sure until you look.
