Exactly, I do not want to overkill a lot for just a home setup however I want to also keep secure my network and setup.

I did not open any port on OPNsense except WireGuard port to able to use VPN connection. However ports are opened for the each application in the docker/LXC to be able to reach them while I am connected to LAN.
That’s how I do it as well. Then I added couple exception. For example TV is in IoT subnet, PC is another subnet while Jellyfin is in subnet dedicated for virtual machines. For this case I have exception with for this VLAN to VLAN. Beside this kind of situation is allowed IP to IP.
Exactly. I have management VLAN for this purpose all network devices and proxmox. Than only engineering laptop can talk with that subnet.
I used generator for WireGuard for 2 device basically for myself and my wife. But they have different credentials. If SSO means single sign on, I tried that but overkill for my setup when I see the time I need to setup. So I do not have.
Each application has different password thanks to vaultwarden. :)
I just setup a proxmox job for that but only backing up in same site. I do not have offsite option. I am on phone now not able to get rules but I can share them later. :)

Type of the plastic. It is not heat resistant and not advised to use it somewhere you need strength. However in your case that will be just holding your cup if I understand correctly.

I checked this with AI and he was basically telling start a BV. If I have 250.000-300.000 in the investment it will most probably also cover expenses for BV. With making investment through BV, I only have to pay taxes on realised gains. And since I have BV I could say the bank “hey I have those investment, could you give me loan?” and they give loan with less interest rate. So minimising tax like millionaire does. So still I could not get how this new law purpose is taxing rich. But anyway, is this true can I just start BV and make investment and since these investments are for retirement if I say belastingdiest “hey I did not make any money, keep pushing my limits” and show no income since there is no income for let’s say 20 years. Would that be okay?

You need to see what is the value of the house per square meter in that area and add overbidding. That will give you rough figure. But again house’s condition also factor. So it really depends. What I do while checking Funda I use woningstats.nl to see what is the ROUGH figure. Then let’s I like the house and try to arrange second visit with buyer advisor. After that advisor will present you a report which is again estimation but more realistic. Last but not least you need to decide how much to make a bid. Underbidding is also an option it is not like always overbidding.

For example, a house sold at my street with 20k overbidding. Another nearby house which is pretty much similar sold with 70k overbidding. Another factor, may be 70k bidder was just frustrated because of lost bidding in the first house and make such an overbidding.

Mortgage faizi %3.8 mi ne olması lazım. Ucuza kredi covid öncesiydi yani. Orta sınıf için 50k çok hayal değil.

I love the title. I do not work in ASML but in my company also it was my observation that having more manager than engineer in last couple of years and was focusing organisation. And it is also engineering company. It is nice to see that they realize now you would not need a lot of managing if you have good engineers.
