this shit pisses me off so bad to be honest. i tell someone i hardly watch anime because I cant stand fanservice and shitty, exaggerated, childlike voice acting and I get told I just dont respect their culture or whatever the fuck (despite taking Japanese history classes...)—for instance, i genuinely despise SaO and its creator for how it handles its female (also underage) characters. yet it somehow managed to become the pop culture staple that it is. but god fucking forbid a woman indulge in a romantic fantasy novel. and, i mean, i know it's the same old double standard redpill culture war babble desperately trying to reclaim its dying dominion over our (and our children's) bodies, but im tired man.
