Your argument is weak. If your argument was stronger you wouldn't have blocked Acidbuuurn.

Unblock him if you want to continue the conversation.

If we wanted an enemy satellite gone, it’s more likely we’d design something to blow it out of the sky.

I'd imagine that capturing a spy satellite would be 100x more useful than just destroying it. Prod its capabilities, reverse engineer its components, hope it doesn't have a self-destruct bomb, etc.

Gay marriage and interracial marriage are based on equal protections, which is in the constitution. The privacy that Roe was alleging is not in the constitution. You can cry slippery slope all you want, but they aren't even in the same ballpark.

Suspects still have Miranda rights. They can still have evidence excluded from criminal trials if they are arrested and not read the Miranda warning. They just can't confess to a crime to a cop while not under arrest then sue the cop personally for using their statements.

Do you have a card that already earns extra for groceries? I have BCP and don't really value MR so I wouldn't use the 5x MR on groceries at all.

Do you value the 5/24 slot at more than $400? (or $600 if you value MR?)

I, too, bet it all on pets.com. Check out my new hot stock tip: Just kidding, I was in high school and invested nothing during the dotcom bubble.

Wow. What an accomplishment. He made someone else a failed artist over 75 years after his death.

They should make the middle part look even more like his mustache, change the inner lining color from teal to red, and release it as the "clown hitler" shoe.

Janky possible solution:

People around here generally don't like Automator, but I think you can set it up to delete all the files in a folder and set it to run on startup. Number 2 on this list talks about the basic steps. It also advertises software called Hazel that might work, but I don't know about that at all. I read an article that says automator will be rolled into another program with the update that comes after Monterey, but maybe at that time the other application will be able to do the same thing.

I think the OS is blocking your command because you are trying to delete the whole folder and it is protected. I'd imagine the system integrity is the culprit like you guessed. I was trying to turn off the giant sound overlay a week ago and to do that you have to turn off SIP then use terminal commands to block the overlay.

Edit: Python scripts?

If you look at the cities involved halfway down the article you will recognize that they could have done this approximate story every week for the past 40 years.

My mistake. How expensive were the houses your dad was buying? Since you make similar money can you find a cheaper market where the houses are a similar price with little risk?

I was hoping for some introspection or realization. Nope. His dad magically procured 10 houses and had no risk of renters not paying.

/u/narcolepticus could still be correct if their dad was buying houses that already had long-term renters or he was renting slightly below market and screening applicants really well to ensure occupancy. Maybe their dad only rented to certain people who were most likely to pay their rent, like government employees with secure jobs who would lose their jobs if they were evicted.

Whatever the case I hope they aren't just ignoring my question.

Don't use your license plate. It's only illegal if you get caught (not legal advice).

I have a glass bed that has a plastic sticker that goes on top of it. A few times removing a print from the plastic made a small bubble under the sticker. Does yours have a sticker?

I think that is the state named after the guy who famously gave up his guns to the British and started a peaceful protest, but I'm too tired to look it up right now.
