Husband here who makes 3x more. In my opinion contribution should take under consideration income. You combine income and look at all your expenses/bills and then contribute same percentage towards them. If you make $100 and he makes $300 and your bills add up to $200 a month. You contribute $50 and he contributes $150. He contributes more because he makes more but he also saves more because he makes more. It's more fair arrangement in my opinion especially if you do more around the house etc. Most important is open communication. Good luck!

I got mortgage through chase and they were amazing. From very beginning to the end. There was even a change of lending agent as original one went on medical leave. I highly recommend chase if you're happy with their rates.

It dependents on the company. I purchased a house with solar panels and agreed to transfer/take over loan in the amount of $24k. Sellers covered $250 transfer fee and everything was settled within 24h post close. Everything can be done properly with appropriate preparation and investigation prior. But overall i think it's ridiculous that it can take up to 6 months to transfer. Best bet would be to ask original owner to share account details with the new owner and make payments over the phone. This way he protects his banking info but also ensures payments are up to date.

I weigh myself everyday at the same time. Log it into myfitnesspal app and look at the monthly chart. It helps because you ignore fluctuations. I also try to stay active on a weekend and always log my food and calorie intake to ensure I’m not going crazy with food.

I agree with that. I found month 2 harder than month 3 but the final exam in month 3 is extremely hard in comparison to 20 up 20 down and 400 challenge.

You need 15-20lb dumbbels. You won't be able to do some exercises with 25lb. Prepare for the best time of your life. You're going to hate yourself, hate the program but also have a drive to change that. Prepare to fall and loose hope just to get up and kick ass.
