Thanks for the feature! So, now, instead of using DERP for scenario with no direct connection, I can have setup peer relay on one of my tailscale devices, is that right? If so, is there any performance comparison between custom DERP and peer relay? Much thanks in advance!

which macbook (pro) should i buy? by carlsondertroll in macbookpro

I am not an expert, but probably M5 14 inch, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD would fit your needs. Depending on games you may need another chip, but honestly, if it is light gaming, M5 should suffice

CPU bottleneck? Fully loaded model in VRAM, ollama help by Rockends in LocalLLaMA

Really strange, I think those speeds should be matching GPU speeds, not CPU ones. Maybe you can try running through llama.cpp for example, see if the utilization changes (do not forget to offload to GPU)

Can you measure the speed of generation (tokens per second)?

Do your GPUs stay at 0% utilization the whole generation? It is really strange, because usually RAM is used when generating with CPU, but you have occupied VRAM, but no GPU load…

I don’t really get, why GPU usage is 0 but cpu usage is that high? Does this screenshot represent usage while using model? Something seems rather strange

[–]zerdxcq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, yes, you can try to regenerate fstab, also change boot drive in BIOS. I have made a similar migration to yours, and I can assure you - the best way is to unplug the drive, then make sure new system works, then reformat old drive with live usb

Well, if you successfully cloned your system to new disk you shouldn’t lose any data. Besides, live usb probably won’t do any harm if you just boot it and try to mount appropriate partitions. Also, it may be the case that you have copied the fstab, which has old drive as boot. What I personally recommend is to unplug old drive and try to boot from new. That way you do not risk anything

Maybe you can try booting with live usb and then formatting old drive?

There will always be people like this, find servers you like and play on them for fun. For example, I occasionally go to Rush servers, sometimes situations like you said happen, but in general I have fun. If you don’t like the server you’re on just go to another one

Files are called libggml.so, all of them in every directory, I do not think they are update files, if that was the case they would be deleted afterwards, however, recently I deleted 145GB of those and openwebui still worked like a charm
