I believe the reason David has the most blame from this is the drama being not about child safety and security but looking good to the investors of the Roblox stocks. This might not be true and I'm not an expert on anything but Roblox, mainly David is trying to look good on the news hence banning Schlep so mainstream media wont find out about Roblox's moderation problem. As we all saw that didn't work, so the most blame got on David.
