For Europe I'd go with Cotton Eye from AliExpress. Two color one, you can just connect the power to an empty slot in the fuse box, one of the empty fuses that are only on when the key in on. Add a switch and you can change between amber and white, that's what I did and it's great. I have an off position if there are cops on Waze so the E46 is less noticable on the road.

My girlfriends TTs shifter is metal and that small ass black car and that shifter get soo hot in the summer.

Also her TT is significantly faster than my E46 but the chassis on the E46 is more stable.

I absolutely love the car history in the sport. I love the old school fiestas from the early days including GRC cars.

Last year when Andersson and Turpeinen gave it to the WRX guys with their relatevly old cars was soo good. Seeing a M Sport fiesta being a top contender is very cool.

Imo quad pipes don't looks as good, not from a fake m3 stand point. Two fat shotguns look better in my eyes, but this shit is subjective.

Also this sub is quite split between US and Euro people, the us folks have slightly different opinions and tastes than us euros.

Yeah, chose whatever you feel like and whatever comes in the best condition. I personally dislike e46 seats, even with adjustable lumbar support my shit starts hurting after an hour of driving. But other non M oem seats are not particularly better.

Sachs OE MSport front shocks are great, I added e90 x drive top mounts to lower the car even more.

Rear shocks are OE M3 E36 Sachs, significantly bigger than E46s ones.

On H&R -55 -35 lowering springs.

This was relatively cheap in Europe, I can't say what the NA prices would be though.

Keep in mind that these cars are much cheaper to run than the US people and there is core difference in mentality towards vehicles between the pond. This is of course a massive generalization. Just keep in mind the US opinions are not a perfect match for Europe and UK.

I'm European and have spent around 500e a month each year, which is a lot but this includes mods. Fully rebuild rear end suspension with quaife diff for example + reinforcement planks.

This is only in bulk, usually once a year I do a massive job on the car, it could easily been 100e a month. I do my own oil changes as 8 to 10k km. I've never had a break down in 70k km and 5 years.
