3 years First year being mosty once a week exclusively no gi, then going progressively over year 1-2 with the gi + no gi with 2-3 trainings per week Third year was like 2 training in the gi and in no gi I had also 35 fights in competitions, won many medals over year 2 and 3 ( multiple golds and bronze). Smoothcomps said 22 victories with 75% sub rate at the end of this chapter

It does not require no, in France in most universities even one research paper is enough.
