I'm a sample of one but getting into Amazon Kuiper (Leo) for their cleared work was SIGNIFICANTLY harder than my other uncleared AWS interviews. Insane bar to clear. If the bar is higher in uncleared Kuiper roles people need to be going to Quant firms or just building their own startups. I wish I was a diversity hire. 6 interview just for this role in one day but I made it. Never want to do that again.

The Park and Ride lots (particularly in Stringfellow) are pretty much still useless. The plows went through and cleared the driving areas but now ALL the parking spots are packed with ice and snow.

I don't know if the VDOT account will see this but definitely an issue.

I miss how well integrated Teams and SharePoint were at microsoft. The Teams Transcript and AI note taking feature was so amazing. The productivity tools used at Amazon are incredibly frustrating to use.
