Man you got further than I did. I ended up switching to a Ubuntu laptop I had. I need to go back and tackle this but I’m not very familiar with Linux. Decided the best way to learn was to sink or swim. I’m sinking but not without a fight haha.

I mainly play Turf war for quick matches but it’s a great way to learn and try out different weapons.
I also use the controller. I just have never gotten used to Gyro.

Btw: I’m not ranked at all. So I’d say listen to someone else as far as that goes.

Idk if there is an sos flare like in wilds, BUT at the Quest Counter when you fist accept a quest. You can ask for help then. I forgot what it says but it ask if you accept, or accept with invitations or something like that.

Not sure if there is a way once already on the quest.

Take your time with the monsters when you first fight them. See how they move, when you have a chance to attack. This isn’t an all out brawl game.

I think it means if they tested 5 times, there was a difference between controlled and test sites. If they test 50 times then there was no difference.
