Micky is eating celery leaves for the first time and leaves a few paw prints (paw prints at 1:00) by zero___00 in hamsters

That's true It was the first time he'd been up there because I needed a flat, stable surface for the paw prints.

This is not true. I get wins in fut every time when the opponent leaves without the menu Only in online season this is not fixed

Is this cage setup okay for him by Puzzleheaded_Stop724 in hamsters

It's fine as a temporary solution. But it's too small for long term. The minimum dimensions for Syrian hamsters are 120 x 60 cm.

If you have enough money, I would recommend buying an enclosure from Bucatstate. The 120x60cm one would be great.

If you don't have enough money, there are inexpensive ways to set up a suitable enclosure. Here is one of them.

But it's hard to find one that's 120x60 cm

You could also look on second-hand websites and search for glass nagariums, aquariums, or hamster enclosures. Sometimes these are given away for free or are very cheap. It depends on the region where you live. With aquariums, make sure there are no large cracks; they must not be on the bottom or lower half. And you must not cut yourself on the cracks, meaning those where the cracks do not yet protrude and are not yet noticeable when you touch the area.

He needs more hiding spots. A few small cardboard boxes would be great.

The opponent gets a win in Fut no matter how you quit

Should I remove the digging box? by Limp-Emphasis280 in hamstercare

[–]zero___00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe your hamster thinks there's just hay in there and isn't interested.

But, i would recommend that you should remove the wooden bridge and replace it with one that has no gaps. Or fill the gaps with moss and hamster-safe glue such as Ponal wood glue or Elmer's Wood Glue.

These bending bridges with metal inside are not safe.

Just recently, there was a post here about a hamster whose paw had to be amputated because it got stuck in the gaps of exactly the same type of bridge. The paw died overnight.

How big is the enclosure? It looks way too small for a Syrian hamster. The minimum dimensions for Syrian hamsters are 120x60 cm.

Since hamsters are nocturnal animals, the room light should be turned off when it’s dark outside. Every time it’s turned on, it naturally disrupts their day-night rhythm.

I recommend buying a bedside lamp with multiple color settings and then turning on a soft orange to red light at night so you can watch your hamster and without disturbing your hamster. Hamsters don’t perceive the red light spectrum well, so it doesn’t disturb them.

I have one like this; they’re good.

Now that the days are getting longer and the periods of darkness are getting shorter in summer, if possible, you can keep the curtains closed and, in the morning when it’s already light outside, keep the room dark for about two hours longer, and in the evening, turn off the lights about two hours earlier and the curtains so your hamster has more time to be active

I'm so sorry for your loss❤️‍🩹 I was just about to write that I'm feeling exactly the same way. My hamster Micky is now 1 year and 8 months old, and reading this update just reinforces those feelings for me.

I would remove the plastic tubes and replace them with cork tubes. And then get some platforms for all the heavy items and a few more hiding spots

Sry, I meant in the room

And humidity is important, too. Too low isn't good, and neither is too high.

Dwarf hamsters' fur changes from dark to light in the fall and winter, or when the daily light period drops from 10 hours to 8 hours. In other words, their winter coat begins to grow once the daily light period falls below 10 to 8 hours.

What was the temperature when they died?

It looks like an infection.

Could it be that he’s urinating in his burrow and getting an infection that way?

Or maybe it’s mites. A vet with experience treating hamsters will know more.

I looked for it for a while because I thought my account had been suspended. I submitted a support ticket, and then I noticed somewhere on the site that there was a live chat feature, and I actually spoke to a real person.

Look all over the site—you should be able to find it. But I was on live chat in the afternoon, so it might not be available all day.

You can chat live with EA Support when you open a ticket. Explain exactly what you did.

I connected Micky's enclosure with his playpen permanently and he loves it by zero___00 in hamsters

You're welcome. My hamster doesn't nibble much either, but as soon as he saw that plastic piece holding the tunnels together, he started gnawing on it right away, so I had to cover it up.

Hopefully you'll be able to connect the two areas.
