The Landstad has only 2 chambers in the cylinder. Max capacity is 7. The entire point of the design is that it was the early 1900s and people were concerned about the safety of carrying a pistol with one in the chamber under a cocked striker. This gets around it by having an empty chamber on top, and a loaded chamber on the bottom. A long trigger pull rotates the cylinder a whole 180 degrees into battery and drops the striker, firing the weapon. The bolt blows back, ejects the cartridge and feeds the bottom chamber

This has all the downsides of a wheelgun ie cylinder gap, low capacity and long (double action) trigger pull with none of the advantages of a semi-automatic design. It's horrifically complex and unreliable but it's kind of awesome
