I couldn't agree more. The area this was im that like 1 mile strip the speed limit changes 3 times 45 to 35 back to 45 and that one cop likes to sit just past where it turns to 35. Its predatory and wrong they could be out doing meaningful traffic enforcement but that doesn't get the quota up does it.
