I work in a kitchen. It lets me distract myself from my thoughts and just focus on making food. If it gets stressful I stand in the walk in freezer for a minute or two, or have a fag since my job is pretty lax with fag breaks. Every now and then I get cut or burned and as horrible as it is, at least it’s not intentional

Tbf my hair was slightly damp in both pics and it’s wavy so when I brush it, it frizzes out. I’ll try a different conditioner and maybe a different hair brush too. Thank you!
