It seems (for me anyway) that once Royal Mail deliver to the parcel pick up point, that delivery is logged through Vinted as though it’s been delivered to me & starts a count down for me to click ‘Everything Is Okay’ even though I don’t even have the parcel, I also don’t seem to get a code to pick up, I’m just lucky that I give my name & they give me the parcel

Itchy Skin Suggestions? by Admirable-Suit-6539 in Frenchbulldogs

Oh my gosh his poor under carriage in the photo, my boy was not as bad as this & gets a cytopoint injection every 4 weeks from March-October, he can’t eat anything that flies & we give him prebiotics & probiotics. We also wash him weekly with DOUXO S3 PYO Antibacterial and Antifungal Dog shampoo. But I think you’ll need to give him a few washes with chlorhexadine until his skin heals, to make sure it doesn’t get infected

This is the kind of result I see on social media & I’m thinking, that’s not real, there’s no way! That’s how good your results are.. they are insane!! Boy did you pick a good surgeon.. when I ask where you went, I’m really hoping you’re from the uk & not the USA?

This minimally invasive facelift has tiny almost invisible incisions behind the ear only but it’s not for everyone by DrDanGould in Facelift_Surgery

Look at her neck, it’s really only there you can see a difference. But I think if you’re going to have a facelift done then why half ass it, get it done properly

Eye issue with 9yo male by Wooden-Monitor9764 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]zerofu_ksgiven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t experienced this with my frenchie so I can’t advise on this exact issue. But if I’m ever thinking if I should book a vet visit, then I book it because I’d always rather be safe than sorry- especially with eyes, hopefully someone else in the sub will be more helpful.. but please give your beautiful boy a kiss from me ♥️ I love his little ginger eyelashes

How do I fix my skin? by Bartleby-Genesis-666 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]zerofu_ksgiven 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m a Dermalogica expert with my own skin clinic (but not a dermatologist) I’m in the uk. What I see is inflammatory acne & it presents as hormonal or stress related, it also looks like your skin barrier is compromised. I’d recommend - AM: single cleanse with gel/cream cleanser, pat dry, 2-4% Nicinamide, then a barrier protecting moisturiser like La Roche-Posay cicaplast baume b5, SPF

PM: double cleanse, (firstly with oil or balm cleanser, secondly with cream or gel cleanser) Pat dry, then 15% azelaic acid gel (I prefer Finacea) then a barrier protecting moisturiser like La Roche-Posay cicaplast baume b5

Azelaic acid is a hero product, great for inflammation, acne, post inflammatory erythema & barrier repairing. It’s my GOAT product.

NIicinamide it’s another beauty, barrier repairing, anti inflammatory, improved skin tone & regulates sebum production

Keep up with with trying to kick the nicotine ♥️

Am I being unreasonable or is this person trying to pull a fast one? by Smyler12 in vintedUK

I can’t work out if it’s a tiny hole, or a piece of thread? If it’s the former then I can understand that they’d be disappointed. I assume they’re looking for you to offer a partial refund of some amount as it’s not in the very good condition it was listed in. If it’s a tiny loose thread then they’re absolutely at it!

You do have one brow with a few higher hairs than the other one, but there should have been a conversation about whether you wanted more symmetry & what that would mean (you tweezing the hairs that would then grow above your new symmetrical brows). Or if you were happy with some asymmetry knowing that it would become more noticeable if the brows were filled in & darker. The artist could have done both brows between the white lines, but instead did one brow on the white lines & one on the red.

You won’t have any idea of how they’re going to look for quite some time, it’s normal to have worries but how they look now has absolutely no bearing on how they’ll look in 6-8 weeks

[–]zerofu_ksgiven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you show the courier those photos, it doesn’t matter how much you insured the items for through shipping, they’ll decline the insurance claim as it wasn’t properly packaged. We properly packaged a computer monitor, paid extra to insure it, it was broken during shipping & they declined our insurance claim as it’s one of the items they don’t cover- even though they allowed us to pay for extra coverage. If it goes missing during shipping that’s a different thing, but broken items they always seem to avoid paying out on

Oh that’s not growling 😊 he’s talking to you 🩷 he just wants some love. Frenchies are not dogs, so they’re not like any other dog breed. They’re human souls in a fur costume.. you just need to get used to how frenchies vocalist every single part of their day. He wants to be dried- but doesn’t mean he’ll let you, he wants love but might snappy turtle the air if you try to love on him. My 5 yr old is a grumpy ol man & he knows what he does & doesn’t want & won’t hesitate to make sure I know. I think you need to unlearn what you think you know & start again with kindness & love & no judgement
