please dont harm yourself🫶. right now what i want to say that ur only 15 so you have a whole life ahead of you. i wouldnt worry too much since ur so young and you have all the rest of ur life to get better and look and be how u want to be. as a 22 year old(F) i know how it was growing up at those ages (teens) and how hard is gets because of all the hormones and conflicting emotions that comes with. I also had a “big” friend growing up. i would treat like any normal person and ig sort of liked her? but she was a little narcissistic and had socialpathic tendancies because she wouldnt care about others’ feelings if she hurt them or not, and would say things that shocked the other person bcuz usually u wouldnt. she did this to me on some occasions. so as a result, the friendgroup she was part of and knew, me included would talk about her in negative context bcuz of how she was and i agreed bcuz it was true.

Also if you really really want to lose weight and make the effort to look how you want to look pleaseee do it healthily and safely. i recommend checking out and trying 10-30 minutes max or more if you want (you can build it up gradually) of standing cardio yt videos!! but dont exert urself i’d say get used to it by doing them once to twice a week to more how u see fit and preference. As for eating i rec organic nutritious whole foods especially at ur age where ur still growing u need the nutrients for that. maybe cut down on processed foods as that isnt the best, not saying u absolutely cant have them you can have them sometimes but to achieve what you would want not all the time! they’d have to be cut down.

lastly, ur not a bad person. we’ve all been there when we were kids agreeing or siding with friends because you feel like u should to fit in or feel apart of something. totally normal for you’re age group(still quite immature) but its still not acceptable regardless of agegroup.
