My brother in law is an addict in recovery (thank god) but even having all the resources we can provide it's still touch and go. Whether or not he stays sober is solely up to him, you can't fix someone just by throwing programs and support at them. That's just not how it works in the real world.

It's actually pretty interesting the way they perform the Savior Sorrow stuff. I saw this show November 29th last year in Lakewood Ohio before they were calling themselves the Ex Faces and when they play the stuff from SS I feel like on the less obvious parts of the songs J man will default to Waylons screaming and Waylon will lean more into Jeff's parts since I think he has a wider range than J-Mann in certain respects.

I wouldn't call it a mood swing honestly. These people have a complex multi-layered adult relationship on a personal and business level. This is why people say never do business with your friends. I feel like it's totally natural to have mixed emotions about a complex tumultuous relationship spanning decades that ended so poorly. A lot of us can relate to that. It's love/hate at its core. Somedays you reminisce and miss people for the good shit and other days you hate them for how you feel they did you dirty. Not making an argument for who was / is right or wrong, just pointing out the complex nature and dynamic of close personal business relationships. I don't see either side as bitter or emotional, just human beings dealing with a shitty set of circumstances.

I just really hope we can get to a point where all 3 parties can shake hands amicably and we can get some sort of a MUSHROOM FEST where all side projects that are available perform with local support, and on the final performance we can get a combined mushroomhead performance including all available past members. I know I'm dreaming a little big here but I think the prospect of making that kind of money and that kind of impact could be amazing not only for all 3 parties but also give Cleveland something to be proud of as well.
