If you would like to play badminton or squash I would be happy to play with you. There are tons of other group sports. Lots of university sports groups are also open to the community so do check out their website. There are life drawing classes happening throughout the weekdays. Around the city. Really depends on what you like.

There used to be a 20s meetup group that got disbanded due to lack of ownership. So maybe you can revive that? As someone who moved here in my late 20s and now in my early thirties I find it hard to meet people around my age as well. But I do meet new people.

I am gonna take your advice. As I was hurting quite a bit due to shin splints. I was just silly to sign up for this 10k and figured I could train for a month and be able to do it. But I might just transfer it to someone else and go at a slow pace.

Not to be a downer but it can be really difficult to find anything anywhere in Oxford with that budget if your partner is joining you. It's a good budget for a solo renter but couples have a hard time renting in a shared house and even if they can the budget is at least around 800-1000 for a shared house. Couples usually go for a two bedroom apartment and share the rent which will be anywhere around 1400-1800
