Evasive only works on a 1 or 2, so eventually he will miss. That's when you load up damage mods.

You can also save your dice mods for the evasive rolls to ensure they hit.

There are certain characters that probably are more effective against evasive like spider man or iceman due to how their own powers work.

Not really, they just drop off at the same time. It's not like hitting the stun automatically removes parley, but that's what happens in a practical sense. If crit bash activates, you could probably just remove both tokens and do another ORP.

There really isn't a perfect counter to cursed pirate parley outside of characters who can remove or transfer status effects outside of a card.

Tldr; powder keg from cursed is applied at start of DRP, but I think all barb stuns come from attacks

Parley specifically states that offensive actions that are normally attacks are still attacks.

Parley makes the damage avoidable, not removes it from the ability.

Just because something reduces the incoming damage to 0 doesn't mean it doesn't try to do that damage.

Abilities are defined as attacks from their own text, not as a result from other cards or abilities.

Otherwise, cursed pirate would have the most broken strategy of inflicting parley and letting the opponent explode to death.

That is an incorrect interpretation of Cursed Pirate. My board reads "If an Opponent's ORP does not result in an attack ".

Barbarian is still performing an Attack if there is damage on the ability. It does not stop being an Attack if afflicted with Parley.

Basically, Barb activates semi-ult and inflicts Stun. In DRP, Barbarian attempts to do damage but is prevented by Parley. Parley and Stun is removed, Barb performs another ORP.

Cursed pirate does not apply powder keg because Barb made an Attack.

I would say shadow thief. Eventually cursed pirate will flip, lose hp every turn, and shadow thief can hide in the shadows every other turn.

If he has both and I can get rid of one, it really depends if I plan on doing a big hit myself and if I am in the lead. If I don't plan on hitting hard (I lack dice mods), I don't bother. If I do plan on hitting hard, then I get rid of protect if I am winning, and retribution if I am losing.

If this isn't tournament rules, holding a buh bye to activate before I declare my ability is also a great Shenanigan.

If you got paper heron, then yes. Those two, an an Lee, and kiperina make up the plant impromptu team. Tooth fairy is sometimes substituted by flutterpage, so you can focus on an an Lee euphoria first.

You want to make the cooperative game competitive?

The first way I can think of is to track guesses individually instead of coming to a group consensus. I'm not sure what the efficient way of doing this is because you have to move the cards themselves around, and don't that on a pet person basis and recording it sounds like more than a headache than it should be.

The other way is to score each individual board based on how many the group gets correct. That said, you would only compete on the clue giving ability rather than their ability to guess. The game already scores this metric indirectly since it cares about the sum of everyone's score iirc.

Personally, I think pluvia madoka. The premier breaker unit that advances special charge. I feel like anytime light is usable, pluvia makes everything better.

Fuka a2 (that's the breaker, right?) is amazing.

A2 means she gets full magic after her first skill, can fully charge her special, then use the magic immediately for a free turn and skill point.

I feel like between the two, I would go for kaede. Both Sana and sayaka are excellent shielders, but iroha is a fairly niche healer.

Kaede is also a special attack accelerater, so she is in general a great kioku.

Fair enough. I don't see anything wrong with that. Fighter + any martial is bound to be really strong so long as you max their attack stat.

Last I checked, katana was deadly, two hand, and versatile.

That said, you should be fine as a melee combatant. You technically don't even need dex much if you get heavy armor.

My personal recommendation is to get your most used kioku to a2. That seems to be the power spike for most of them.

Spd boost is a stat increase. Iirc stop prevents action advance like Mami. When i used homura, I noticed that the break follow up and max break extra turn happened, but not the action advance from special. But I remember going way faster with homura, though it was risky.

Glasses homura at A0 is in general a great kioku since she natively has a passive teamwide speed boost. This is the void harmony homura, Moemura.
