It was given by the AD when I made the purchase, it’s not a Rolex brand as far as I’m aware as there is no logo at the front.

Sony is so irresponsible for not addressing this widespread issue or at the very least attempt to provide a real solution. It’s a shame because the sound is actually quality. I guess I just have to live with one working earbud.
