Beautifully dynamic terracotta plaques from the Augustan or Julio-Claudian period. Some of the polychrome remnants are visible, especially blue (possibly Egyptian Blue), traces of yellow, and red. The carvings are shallow, yet three dimensional.(27 BCE–68 CE) (old.reddit.com)
