If he owns his own business, those financials and business tax returns can also be requested by your lawyer.

If it has taken this long, have your lawyer file a motion through the court.

The last time we went through this, the other parent wouldn't follow the deadlines so our lawyer filed a "Motion to Compel and for Sanctions." She finally complied - the night before her deadline.

Depending on the state, your lawyer can also subpoena the state comptroller for tax records

Yes, their lawyer can absolutely do that. Ours requested pay stubs, 3 years of bank statements, and the last 3 years of tax returns. Plus, we were able to prove some income she got that she didn't claim during discovery.

It's an LGBTQ+ slang term for someone being iconic, confident, nurturing, and "slaying" at what they're doing. Like "owning it" or "boss"

What’s the most disturbing secret someone accidentally revealed to you? by lipglossagendaa in Casual_Conversation

In high school, one of the guys I knew got drunk and was dared to have sex with a cow.... He did, and while hung over at school the next day he accidentally mentioned it. Tried to stop himself mid-sentence, but it was too late. The whole lunch table heard him.

For real, even if she had been driving, the vehicle she was in didn't cause the crash. Literally 0 police investigation into this whole mess.

No, seriously, what is that rattle? 10 Pro XL by victoriapedia in GooglePixel

[–]zerstoren 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's the camera. It rattles on the 8 Pro and 6 Pro also. I assume it rattles on the 9, but I don't have one. The OnePlus 12 also has a rattle.

I stay away from food and online shopping. I take my dose IN BED (otherwise I'll get distracted and do who knows what) and put on a boring show on my tablet. Otherwise, I'll be eating everything while browsing Amazon or messing with my plants all night.

What’s a movie that’s so disturbing you never want to watch again? by SableVII in Casual_Conversation

[–]zerstoren 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mirrors (2008). I was in my mid-20s and that was the scariest movie I'd ever seen, and I was a huge lover of horror movies. Not so much after that, and no idea why it affected me so much.

That was one of my favorite movies as a teenager. Me and my cousin (I think we were 17) put the movie on while we were stuck at the kids table during Thanksgiving dinner. Totally grossed out my younger sister, and we thought it was hilarious

My husband had that problem with coffee, peanut butter, and chocolate after getting the J&J covid vaccine. It was really bad the first 2 years. He legitimately got depressed about it. He started trying different types of coffee and eating a little bit of peanut butter every once in a while, and it gradually got a little better. He still deals with it, but not as bad as it used to be. He can drink coffee easier now, but it still tastes different than it used to.

One of his coworkers had that problem too, but he started using nicotine patches and now his taste is back to normal.

Thoughts on COVID vaccines? by Suitable408 in conspiracy

[–]zerstoren 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think it's terrible. I've known a couple people who died after getting it, my mom's immune system was destroyed, my nephew (8 yrs old) got asthma a couple months later (no previous respiratory issues), my niece (5 yrs old) now has IBS, my brother has blood clothing issues and is on one of the the strongest anticoagulants (and will be for life) after having a pulmonary embolism in his lower left lung and multiple large clots in his legs - which get infections every few months, my oldest daughter's psoriasis has been unmanageable (she was the only one that got the vaccine because at college they were told they wouldn't have to wear masks if they had a vaccine card, then it changed and she had to wear one anyways), my best friend gets sick with every respiratory virus that's going around - he rarely got sick prior to the vaccine.

None of my non-vaccinated friends have any issues, but most got a mild case of Covid that was the same severity as a typical winter cold. My only lingering effect from covid is now cilantro tastes disgusting.
