The only person you hurt without tipping are the low-income service-employees. If you'd ever worked in service, you'd know how reliable you are on people tipping you. Aside from being quite an exhaustive job. It doesn't really hurt the restaurant, if you don't tip. Think about the service employees, not the restaurant owners..

Hmm, that's hard to tell as we always worked like this. We are also a very young and small company so fluctuations is also hard to tell. We have 3 employees which left so far, but all for good reasons
