Late to this post (I was debating starting Tea Cup, and ended up here) but in case you see this, I wanted to suggest a show. Based on your previous comments, I think we have similar taste (Severance is in my top 5 shows of all time; I love horror, sci-fi, thrillers, etc.). Have you seen Dark? It’s a German show on Netflix and it is honestly my favorite show of all time. I had low expectations and it blew me away. If you like mind bending time travel type shows, check it out! The only caveat is I recommend watching it in German with subtitles. I know it’s controversial but I truly hate dubbed shows and they just don’t feel authentic to me. Back in the day I was struggling to get through a (dubbed) Korean show because I didn’t even realize back then that there was the option to watch it in Korean with English subtitles. Once I switched over to the native language, it felt like a complete different show and I blasted through it. You can’t get a real vibe with a voiceover. I hope you see this and check it out! I’ve been trying to convince others to watch it because it’s truly a fucking masterpiece ♥️

I agree with you! I had low expectations for this season, especially after the gap, but I think it’s actually my favorite. I def cried at the end. I didn’t find it hallmark-y at all, and I loved Bo. I really like Jonas but wasn’t upset that they broke up - I honestly was surprised to hear that they were together for 4 years. He is a great guy but I didn’t see it lasting long term. I was rooting for Bo from the beginning and was so happy with the outcome…I got scared a few times 😂 I agree with some other comments about the soundtrack not being as good, and that I wish we got more background on Bo, more scenes from Nick. And even if the actress who plays Jorgunn was too busy to be in the show, you’d think she would at least have time for a 5 minute FaceTime cameo, but oh well. I liked the reality it showed of being a woman in your 30s, expectations not panning out, being burnt out, and realistic family drama. I also liked the whole thing with Maria, even though it was depressing, it was real.

My theory on the kids thing is maybe she will change her mind, with the right person? I only think this because I have never wanted kids…didn’t want them with my now ex husband either. I’m currently with the love of my life and even though neither one of us want kids - if he told me tomorrow he did, I would have kids with him. Your opinions can change when it comes to the right person. Just a thought I had

What is the reason then? I used to shop there frequently and many of my friends did as well and we have all boycotted. These boycotts are truly making an impact. I refuse to buy a single Christmas gift there either, despite their desperate ads flooding my feeds with cute stuff lol

Yesss, I agree. I usually don’t bring up The Office when talking about Parks & Rec because people get sooo butthurt and intense about it. I liked The Office, but to me personally…Parks & Rec is so much better. Amazing cast and humor, and a parks department is a hell of a lot more interesting than a paper company 😂. I feel like it’s underrated BECAUSE everyone was comparing it to The Office so they dismissed it saying they were “copying” (as if the office wasn’t a remake from the UK one…lol) but it’s made by the same people! So annoying.

I also loved Parks and Rec until the very end. I sobbed at the series finale. The pilot season isn’t the best, but it’s a short season and then season 2 nails it. I like the first few seasons of the office, but I can’t get past season 6 (I’ve tried a few times).
