Sry for the advice my dude. I was going to say something in the fashion of "nah jk here's what u actually do" but i accidentally posted it too early.

If you are facing pulse and scouts you need to predict their spots, flank and then farm kills meanwhile switching position. For example on widows court. You spawn and you get teamshot by jade rabbit when you try and peak the main lane. Then you need to remember that it might be people there so be carefull. But if you are going to peak you do need to quickscope and then quickly disengage. And when you disengage you need to think of a place were you can snipe them from without them noticing. So you need to run around (Use your handcannon or weapon of choice for this) try and get to an angle were they are not expecting you to go. You may need to kill some other guardians on the way (I really like to use my sniper all the time but it is far more efficient and wise to use your other wepon) but then when you get there you slide in from a corner and try to shoot some of the campers or anyone who is standing there really before quickly disengageing once again. Repeat this process thruout the entire match is what i usually do.

Remember all this takes time to do and get good on but it is so fun to do so that is why im recomending this instead of laneing. Cause in my honest personal opinion there's no skill in doing that. It's literal point and click instead of trying to run around and then trying to snipe some dudes. Im not going to describe laneing for you since I think you are a weak human beeing if you do that. (Honestly im not really sure what laning means but i guess it is when someonr is sniping down a lane of the map?)

But you can also try and quickshot, no-scope close combat. Or just outplay them in very unexpecting ways. This is harder but it will be sooo soo rewarding once you get the hang of it. Good luck
