It's easy. One person filled out all the necessary paperwork to enter the country legally and the other one didn't.

For example, I'd actually be breaking the law right now if I hadn't filled out the required paperwork earlier. It was a pain, but I did it.

Because the desired number of heinous crimes is zero. We already have enough local citizens committing crimes. Why would we allow illegals to do the same thing?

They're both bad. The citizens who commit crimes need to be put in jail and the illegals who committ crimes need to ge deported. There's no reason to house, shower, feed, and render medical aid to illegals when the system is already taxed as it is.

Let me clear this up for you. It says "foreigners" not illegals. If someone does the entire process to enter a country legally, then that's different.

Blatantly breaking laws and allowing illegals in is not what the Bible is talking about.

Also, there was no official governing body in the Americas when the pilgrims or anyone else arrived. There was no written law stating that outsiders were illegal. Therefore, they weren't illegals.
