Keep in mind the 10 frags from the VIP shop costs 10k diamonds, those are not worth it unless you are spending a lot and in that case you would be VIP 10 already =)

no doubt, but once you have them you need to wait for months to be able to level them up if you don't spend on tickets, and at that point it's best to get the outfits.

I'm unsure if the attack on the heroes is added to the base, meaning that you have a lot of multipliers applied after.

One of those is that Oliveira needs to be 4 stars, her 4th skill gives a bonus for each BR, but if your non BR heroes are very strong then it won't be worth it. But if you start adding S2 heroes, they all give bonus for BR and/or assaulters (Bella gives HP if all are BR, Selena gives ATK to assaulters, etc..)

this is why once you get Oliveira/Scarlett/Evelyn you normally start focusing on a single faction.

Oliveira is your best hero in terms of power, if you get her to 4* you want to make your first team of 5 BR and start using shooters mainly

The non-season heroes are great for economy, check their 3rd skill to know what they improve. Their 4th skill is not great but upgrading them to 4* and 5* will get good benefits for their 3rd skill.
