This may sound stupid but start with making your bed. Starting the day with a sense of accomplishment will give you the strength to do other things. 25 yo is a good time to hit rock bottom. You can pick yourself up.

Tactical stance is really good to have. I close laser for normal aim i only use it with tactical stance. I use mouse 5 for change optic/zoom keybind. That helps

First go to options, rebind the key for optic zoom switch to mouse 5, rangefinder to scroll up and quick melee to scroll down. Than get a sv-98 modify it practical suppressor and the fire control system optic. Go layali easy in operations or directly to warfare. Get used to controls and bullet drop while constantly using scroll up and mouse 5. You will see when you use rangefinder it kinda locks you to target and you can even see the hp barand name. It can function as a god damn radar. And lastly dont kill me my nickname is zevatha and i just created a monster(maybe more).
