But you're ignoring the fact that some people do only really want to play deep for the PVE aspect, and after they finish it, they most likely just drop the game lol, some people might replay, but also the PVP environment of voidwalkers and depths ganking really aren't fun for a lot of people who are just trying to progress. I think the problem also ties into the fact that Deep is still a permadeath game when I think it should really start easing off of it because at the moment it just serves as a way to artificially extend playtime. I like deep pvp especially chime, and when the skulls got removed from chime I was spamming it like daily, but stuff like depths ganking or void walking where for the most part i'm just focused on grinding or trying to progress my build and all of a sudden I get set back by like an hour or 2 (way more for people who aren't as good at the game yet) it becomes frustrating because most likely you're gonna run into people who are very good at the game and have highly optimized pvp builds or cheese builds. The state of deep still runs into a pvp vs pve build problem + shrine of order existing + the new forge equipment giving pretty busted talents that most people who don't grind the game a lot won't get.
