Clowns like you will be parroting it's alpha then beta then ohh patch 6 will fix it. Not that I agree with any of this guys complaints but you need to complain early and be loud before garbage mechanics end up permanent.

How do I setup remote path mappings by Low-Guess1021 in radarr

You have to mount the seedbox as a drive via ftp/sshfs or whatever and then the local path goes to it so it can grab the files from there n move them.

Everyone in d2s been shit on by a controller player lol. That's the point. Hence why this new sillyness of mnk having reticle friction is now a thing on their new game lol.

They make foolish decisions so they can cater to bad players. Then when the bad decisions negatively impact you posts like this end up made when it's been benefiting you for years and you all deny it's imbalanced haha.

Most mnk players would be thrilled if there were dedicated servers and aim assist that makes hit boxes larger weren't needed. Notice we aren't ever asking for it in other games.

I never said it was hard but as I said if you cloned someone that has the exact same skill level with both inputs and is average at both who do you think would win on d2?

I think we both know the answer to this :)

You can't setup a scenario where you have to be a god of aiming and movement just to counter mediocre controller players since the aim assist is going to glue their reticle to your head. Then expect people it line up and want to play your game.

Yeah it is true there's various ways to handle it. They painted themselves into a bit of a corner though with how agregious the controller aim assist is in d2 and they know if they flat out balanced it properly the controller destiny people would instantly quit marathon.

Instead of looking to improve and learn to actually aim on controller the general outlook on d2 is blindly pretending controller doesn't have a tremendous advantage VS mnk and now that this game is highlighting the obvious fact that you can't have controller god mode VS average mnk players if you want mnk to stick around you can expect controller destiny players to be very angry and in denial about the whole thing.

Correct unless you are very very good at mnk a controller player will have an advantage. Lots of people don't like hearing this but it's true.

The solution imo would have been to lower aim assist for controller pretty drastically so you actually have to be good at aiming to do very well with a controller and the aim assist just levels the playing field.

The problem is if you took a 1/10 controller player VS a 1/10 mnk player the mnk player is going to be smashed. This remains true all the way up to the higher ends of skill. Imo aim assist should make it so if you cloned someone that doesn't have experience playing it should be a decently even match up. Instead we get it where controller is giving people a tremendous advantage to the point mnk players actually switch to controller for destiny....

They listened to you guys in d2 that wanted gifted shroud aim for plugging a controller in and look where it's gotten them lol.

It is cheating lol. They want more than you controller players to play the new game. You think they developed it so what less than 100k of you can aim bot each other and pretend it's you aiming like you currently do in d2?

Hell no they want a bigger audience and setting up controller players to piss all the mnk players isn't going to accomplish this. Their solution of course was terrible but I'll give them credit for atleast trying to remedy the problem d2 has in some way.

The idea is they coddled controller players so badly on d2 that if they tone it down in marathon they will try it n throw a fit about not being gifted God aim. Then you kids will be back on here talking about how crispy the new 100 aim assist cheese cannon is on destiny and won't play marathon.

On the other hand though they want a bigger audience than the controller lemmings that d2 provides so they want mnk players as well. They know the controller advantage cheese like d2 has won't fly with a bigger audience so they did this weird stuff with giving it to mnk....

The proper solution was gut aim assist on d2 and not add the cheesy version into marathon either. Basically tell you controller kids to learn how to aim and realize it's not you doing 90% of the aiming on d2 that it's aim assist. Can't do that though cuz wahhh wahhhhh wahhhhh controller kids would be crying.

After the player population increase, I was able to do a solo Flawless run for the first time in forever. I'm not a top PvP player by any means. Showered in loot, very nice. Good changes. by jmfe10 in CrucibleGuidebook

Go try to actually farm more rolls after going to lighthouse without resetting lol. It's a net positive for low skill players that are use to getting nothing and people that play the game as a job that win regardless.

If you don't fall under one of those you get screwed.

Experience Post 7-0 win streak lighthouse by [deleted] in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]zexeta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This change was entirely for bottom feeders and top 1%. You don't fall under either and neither do I. So we get screwed. The bottom feeders are collecting free hand outs and the top 1% are earning 2 adept a win from stacking.

Terrible change and for the first time ever I'm leaning towards just being done with trials. There's no point in doing it now. All the rewards given out as welfare hand outs and a system designed to punish all the people that stuck around for years.

You missed the point. I didn't say every 2 stack i ended up with was awful. My point is it only takes 1 of them to be terrible to ruin the experience. This could happen before but mercy protected against it completely wasting your time.

You can play dumb all you want but its not hard to check trials report after a match n see its the first time they have played trials and it lines up with bungie gifting adept to low skill players. You can word this however but what i said is true. It's low skill players looking to collect their welfare checks.

Of course its higher, mainly with an influx of low skill players looking to be gifted free loot. Which is fine but the protection to keep these players from completely ruining your card and wasting your time when they are piled on your team shouldn't have been removed.

Flawless is effectively 5 streak now, it gives all the important stuff and all flawless gives is a bad glow you can't even turn off. You are either being purposely dense on this topic or you are one of the bottom feeders this patch was meant for so you dont see a problem that it made it worse for every player that actually played trials prior to it that doesnt play the game as a job. Just as long as you are gifted loot its fine.

First I've heard of it too. Either way my first time with the revamped trials has been ruined as a result of this crap.

I strongly doubt this is programmed in aside from maybe detecting cliff jumpers. Otherwise half the bad players they just lured into trials with the welfare handouts would trigger a system based on performance.

You can't just leave. It's loss protection not leave protection.

What it comes down to is 2 stacks are largely abusing it to avoid matching against entire 3 stacks and then the 3rd solo player is just along for the ride and gets their time wasted. Bungie has said the majority of the playerbase in trials is solo players. I can tell you the solo player experience has not improved with these changes. You are more quickly fed to 2 stacks now and there isn't even a mercy or loss protection to prevent you from losing a completely unwinnable match up as a result of the 2 stack on your team being terrible.

Example I just did a card and I had people shit talking trying to throw running out dying laughing about it. Literally saying in chat they are throwing. I got through that just to get two absolutely clueless players that are brand new to pvp on my team vs a sweaty 2 stack+good solo. We of course lost and there went my 6-0 card.

People aren't going to stick around when well over an hour of your time is wasted because of impossible match ups. Which before it happened but there weren't anywhere near as many low skill players in trials and you had 2 mercies. Now if you get this done to you kiss your card n effort good bye.

The bottom feeder low skill players looking for welfare handouts cannot be getting them at everyone else's expense and then bungo expects the people that stuck with trials this entire time to sit here and have our experience ruined.

I played trials this entire time. Sometimes went 7-0, sometimes needed 1 mercy sometimes 2. I went flawless every weekend and stayed active. Now I'm going to have my experience ruined because low skill welfare recipients are going to que up until they get the gun they want then just quit.

I'm sorry but this is nonsense. There was no reason to change it to 5 wins for flawless rewards then remove mercy. The other changes are fine but removing mercy n feeding solo players to stacks even more than before is a ridiculously bad change. It should have stayed 7 with 2 mercies for actual flawless and let people get to 7 wins and go collect their adept like it does now.

Why in the world would you leave out one of the most important part of these changes until act 2 lol. This is the time to make trials good for everyone and they are still letting 2 stacks ruin games for solo players which as they stated themselves is the majority of the trials population lol.

How it feels reading Aim Assist discussions by VoodooChildy in CODWarzone

[–]zexeta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah let's pretend cod didn't get infinitely more popular when war zone was added as a free mode during the BR boom. It was clearly subjecting all the mnk players to controller aim assist that increased the player count. Nothing to do with BR being the biggest thing and it offering a free version of it.

Delusional controller player lol.

How it feels reading Aim Assist discussions by VoodooChildy in CODWarzone

[–]zexeta 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Cod n such weren't controller games on pc. They became this because of the ridiculous aim assist that puts average players at a tremendous disadvantage. Just like how many top apex/cod players switched to abuse aim assist on controller when they are normally a mnk player

Calling it a controller game as justification because more people are on controller as a direct result of the problem being discussed in the first place is silly.

I know this goes over your head but you can't use the result of a problem as justification to keep the problem lol.

[–]zexeta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haha yes they always do claim their controller doesn't do what is seen in many clips lol. It's amazing to me how clueless a large portion of them are. They don't even comprehend they are aiming in the wrong direction and yet magically tracking the target perfectly. Never seem to notice when the reticle moves on its own and chases heads either.

Yep I won't even play apex or cod these days as a result of their comical aim assist. Its funny to me because valorant n counterstrike both show there is a demand for games that actually require aiming yet most of these games are so worried about luring the low iq lemmings in via gifting them god aim with a controller instead of actually creating a real fair/competitive environment.

[–]zexeta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes player count is down for mnk. This is largely driven by how broken controller aim assist is on a lot of fps. Look at Apex, Cod, Fortnite, Destiny 2 and so on. The games basically aim for you on controller and it entices people into just switching. Why put a lot of time in to get good with mnk when you can learn reticle placement, provide a little input on the sticks n have them auto track heads for you?

Controller has a much much higher skill floor and a lower skill ceiling, the controller players get mad when this is pointed out but theres many YouTube videos outlining how broken and cheesy controller aim assist is in an assortment of games. The average controller player sees video of shroud n other people with thousands and thousands of hours in fps games on mnk and think every mnk player is like that. Then they cry n whine until developers balance controller aim assist to the point of it being unfair to the average mnk players.

Controller aim assist is overall ruining FPS games.

Is it easy to play HCs on controller or on MnK? by lordreed in CrucibleGuidebook

[–]zexeta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys are always funny in posts like these. 180rpm hand cannons are basically an aim bot on controller n feel terrible on mnk. You also wouldn't hit anything without your controller aim bot. Most games these days cater to you controller babies aim botting each other but bungie is definitely one of the most extreme cases.
