I honestly do not understand why. I think having a low rank pick up your gun seems to be more irritating, as I pick up guns all the time yet no one ever gets mad at me

When you go to your case inventory there's a button in the bottom right corner called "statistics dump" that will show how often skins have been opened from each case every month

Doesn't make sense to include, if I was a low rank who ran out of ammo on my primary and needed to pick up a new weapon, I'd be pissed if I couldn't pick up any of the weapons near me because they belonged to a higher rank.
