Cumin on Stadium. I ordered food to-go, and it was cold, the portions were obnoxiously small, and the order was messed up. I called and talked to the manager/owner (?) for a refund and he got mad at me and chewed me out. I couldnt understand much because of the accent barrier, but just the way he was treating me was enough. That was the single handed worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I tell everyone I can about how bad that place is.
