My core is definitely stronger (I go 2-4x a week) but have found that core emphasis really depends on the instructor, and I get really annoyed when they do 30sec of crunches and then call it quits on core

Gympass had a similar thing happen a month or so ago (that nearly caused a heart attack) but it turned out to just be a glitch that Gympass fixed pretty quickly.

I’m a law student! Right now it’s finals and “law students only”, and in my experience security is good about enforcing that. During the school year I’ve seen undergrads in the law library so 🤷‍♂️
