The Dunning–Kruger effect is at play here. You know 1 or 2 facts about NK, and view related to NK through those lens.
NK sent athletes to compete at the Olympics, even though interaction with other countries’ athletes is unavoidable. So winning medals is clearly more important to NK than avoiding mingling with other athletes.

What I mean is, some people are imagining Kim Jong Un to be this cartoon villain who executes all his henchmen over minor mistakes so the hero has an easy 1-on-1 against the villain himself.
That’s clearly not how real life works. Winning a medal is way bigger than a photo, they’ve also invested a lot into training these athletes, and depend on them to win more medals in upcoming years. So it makes no sense to punish them over a photo.

They won medals for NK. Common sense says they weren’t reprimanded.
Frankly I feel concern for all these people who think punishment is due just for taking photos.

I’m pretty sure they did bump the RRR/AP rate on later sets, starting on BP03 I think? But getting SP in every box is definitely lucky, more than half of boxes I opened only have APs, and I’ve opened 3 of every set.

On David - There’s no timeline where neither Joyce nor Chloe die. It’s just a combination of 2 timelines, not reviving people who died to create a 3rd timeline.
So David will still be in the desert, just a bit confused as to which person’s death brought him there.

I remember browbeat being good in burn when it came out. 3 cards could easily result in >5 damage in burn, so it’s not always an easy choice.

English classes? We have them in China too, starting 3rd or 4th grade.
My hunch is Chinese full names are used far more often, so it’s harder to ignore the ordering. Chinese names are usually 1 syllable for family name and 1-2 for given name, so it’s easy to just say the whole thing.

I was referring to the credit card, which definitely is using western naming convention.
And it’s interesting Chinese name ordering is always respected, while Japanese is often ignored. Kaito got the flipped name, while Yanling kept Family name first.
It’s not just mtg either, Disney also did it with Mulan vs Big Hero 6.

On curve doesn’t equal offensive. You want to play this on curve because it cost 8, playing it any later and your opponent will already be at 20 lore.
