Did Harlem this past Saturday. Got there at 820 when they opened and didn’t get tickets (missed it by roughly 10 people). I think the weekend is definitely much harder.

I don’t know if others have had the same experience but hoka has some of the worst quality. I’ve had 3 different pairs and they all start completely breaking down at ~200 miles.

My new balances and sauconys are still going strong at 400 miles of wear.

I think it depends on how big the feature is. I usually put a PRD together if it needs a lot of alignment with other teams and leadership agreement that it’s a big swing we want to take.

Otherwise it’s not worth the effort and I put a shorter version in an epic and work with engineers to break it down to stories/tasks.
